- Plan for the half-inch. In multifamily, 20 apartments can each be off by half an inch. We design boxes and fillers so cabinets still land clean — less field scribing, fewer on-site fixes.
- Layouts that absorb error. Flexible cabinet runs (including planned fillers) so the boxes eat drywall and layout mistakes instead of the GC re-framing or field-modifying cabinets.
- Blind corners with room to adjust. On U-shaped kitchens we use blind corner cabinets (about a BL39–BL42 range) that give roughly 3 inches of play when walls come in off-dimension.
- Counters designed for real installs. We know the crew will trim tops on site — that's expected — and we still design around the problem corners and reveals upfront.
- Easier for the GC and developer. Fewer RFIs and change orders, faster install, and a consistent finished look across every unit.
